After discussing the Site Investigations with the client a final site plan was determined which shows the proposed dwelling sitting predominately close to the Southern side of the block and receding along the fence line of the western side.

Vehicular access is provided along the eastern border which best suited the block layout, flowing to the rear car park which was requested by the client. The car park has 19 car lots plus an extra two for disabled parking.

Along the front of the block, between the dwelling and road, is a paved footpath and eatery area as well as landscaped gardens along with retaining walls and slopes.
